Branding (brand + offer = ecstasy)

Every brand has a story to tell. And that story is not invented out of thin air. It arises after talking to people involved with using the products or services the brand provides. A brand’s essence is its emotional appeal, its heart. Once that’s discovered, more rational enhancements, like offers, can be added. When head and heart are working in tandem, they result in the jouissance (i.e. the pure joy) of success.
